Affordable DDA Flats for the Economically Weaker Sections

Owing to its proximity to Dwarka, this is named as L-Zone Dwarka. Other than being close to Dwarka, this zone is also near to the international airport and the Dwarka Highway. The smart city latest news being that the L-Zone recently has got a new water treatment plant facility.
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Scheme: Under this scheme, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has decided to have affordable housing for the economically weaker sections of the society. The L Zone will have a certain amount of DDA flats dedicated to this scheme and this is a key feature of the development.
